My journey has taken me from Europe to New York, where I became certified in both yoga and assisted stretching through one of the industry's leading studios. Over the past three years, I've worked professionally in wellness, collaborating with country clubs, corporate clients, and individuals seeking to move and feel their best.
My passion for wellness and the mind-body connection led me to discover yoga over 11 years ago. What began as a personal practice eventually became my profession and life's work.
Today, I help people improve mobility, build strength, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies through yoga, assisted stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement. My goal is to provide practical tools that help you feel better—not just during a session, but in everyday life.
